My husband and I recently sold our house in Bellingen through Cardow & Partners Property. We could not have been happier with the service they gave us. Gethin Coles was super fast at getting the photos done and he made the place look amazing. Nathan gave us a fare estimate of the value of the house and had it on the market and getting great interest within 2 weeks. They were really good at communicating what was going on with the sale as we aren't living in the area any more and as luck would have it, it sold within weeks for an excellent price. It was such a positive experience, I happily recommend them if you are buying or selling. Having lived in the area for 6 years prior to this sale, I have had nothing but positive dealings with them on numerous fronts - as a renter, a local business owner, a rental house owner, and now as a seller.
